We have specialists in various areas, such as hardware, software and networking, whom we can dispatch to serve your needs.  After the work is done, end to end customer acceptance tests are performed to make sure we are giving you the reassurance and performance that you deserve.

Convenience

Most of the service is provided in your own home or office - minimizing your downtime by eliminating the need to tangle with wires to disconnect your PC, drive across town to drop it off, then wait forever for the work to be finished. If the computer needs to be taken for service to our facilities, we will do all of the "connection work" - all you need to touch is keyboard and mouse to accept the work. We are working mostly during evening and weekend hours, when you are home.

After conducting a survey of qualified computer service providers in our service area, we had determined our rates to be lower than most of the competition. PC Assistant believes in offering competitive component and labor rates, and only undertaking the work that actually needs to be done. That is why we offer a free 1/2 hour consultation on our first visit.
